We’ve used North Shore Wildlife twice now and they have done a great job both times. Last year we did the mouse exclusion package and they helped clear out existing mice and fill in potential entrance points. Recently they cuhelped us when we had some skunks nesting under our deck. They removed 3 skunks for us and our dog can roam the backyard safely again! Robert, Rick, and Andrew were all kind, helpful and effective.

I first contacted Robert at Northshore Wildlife because there was a squirrel nest with a mother and babies above my balcony. The aggressive behavior was concerning my tenants, and Robert was initially helpful in identifying a plan for humane removal and exclusion. The written contract specified removal of the nest and squirrel exclusion by closing all entry points to provide long-lasting protection. By the time the work was scheduled two weeks later, the babies had already left the nest, so there was no need for rehoming. Robert did not perform the work himself — he sent two workers who completed the job in under an hour. Afterward, they told my tenant that it was still possible for squirrels to get in and that the job was “just temporary.” This was not what I agreed to in the signed contract, which was for full exclusion and long-term prevention. When I called Robert to discuss it, his tone was completely different from before I hired him. He wasn’t interested in addressing my concerns and instead dismissed me with “thank you for your feedback” and “you’re welcome to schedule a follow-up if you have concerns,” while insisting on prompt payment. I would not recommend this company. The $600 job took less than an hour, was incomplete, and was not performed in accordance with the contract.

I thought I had a skunk living in my crawl space, but it was a dead skunk decaying in there. Bob was so helpful working up a plan, but Bruce was super nice about doing this extremely disgusting job. The customer service was top-notch and the cost (I thought) was very reasonable. I hopeI never need critter removal again, but if I do I know who I'll call. Thank you so much.

Flying Squirrels in the attic had chewed a hole through my bedroom ceiling at a time when I was getting the house ready to sell. Amy, in the office, tracked down Bob right away and he and his associate were out that day to block the entry holes to the attic and install ONLY EXISTS for the squirrels to exit but not return. This is a very knowledgeable and professional company run by great people. I was so happy I had called them.

His calm manner gave me comfort that he could actually eliminate this long overdue chipmunk problem, for good. His assistant, Matt, was also extremely courteous, professional and clearly attentive to detail, as he made sure to find all signs of critter activity. Reached out to Bob after reading several reviews and am so happy I did. I had a relentless squirrel problem and Bob came out, diagnosed all possible entrances and addressed the issues. He even came back a few days later to ensure roof vents wouldn’t become another entrance for them. He informed us of what to expect and as of now, looks like our unwelcomed guests have all left. I feel at ease knowing that if they happen to find their way back he will come out with no additional expense. The cost was higher than home advisor estimated but I am happy I went with them! Money well spent. Highly recommend!
