Affordable Garage Door Repair

I was in need of a quick response to my request for garage door service and Bill was exceptional in that he got right back to me once I put in my request. Bill went out of his way to accommodate my need for service within 24 hours. Efficient, courteous, and I would recommend him with 5 stars to anyone looking for service.

Bill was on time. He gave me helpful tips for maintaining my garage door. His charge was very reasonable less than the estimate I got over the phone! Will call him again when needed.

Bill came out on a Saturday to replace my garage cables. I was on a tight deadline to get the work done to complete the sale of my house. Bill came out right away and did a great job. He even offered to help me at my new house in Cheyenne. Strongly recommend him for your garage work and handyman jobs. Will be contacting him again in the near future.

Bill was very professional and patient with all of the questions I had. My garage door is 19 years old and he examined everything and appropriately replaced worn out and tired parts. I made the decision to replace the garage door opener during the service call and Bill had one with him. He had everything he needed to refurbish my garage door and replace my garage door opener. He worked around my schedule which was extremely helpful for me. He spent time instructing me how to program the remotes, the outside key pad and interfacing the system with my vehicle. 5 Stars from me.

The service man arrived promptly after appointment was made. He was very professional and after inspection of our door, advised us that we actually needed a new door. However, since we may be moving soon, he made some repairs to the door that should last for a while. He also lubricated all the moving parts. Our door works fine now and he only charged for the service call. We would recommend this company to anyone!

Our garage door was closing all the way and then immediately would go back up instead of staying in the closed position. William came the same day I called. He replaced the garage door screw drives and installed a new garage door opener. I also asked him to install a keypad and he went and bought it and installed it for free. Great customer service!

In addition to maintenance on two garage doors, we had Bill Hardley install (1) new commercial openers, (2) new door springs and (3) new door wheels on two 12 foot high barn doors. Bill had a tough job due to the height and additional wiring that had to be installed. He was timely, and professional. If it were possible to give him 6 starts, I would. Highly recommended.

Bill was able to replace my garage door springs the same day I called. There were a couple of complications to the job which he resolved to my satisfaction for no additional charge. I highly recommend this company.

Bill was able to respond on a Sunday afternoon. He fixed the problem within an hour. In the process another failure occurred. Bill offered to return the next day to make the repair at no charge!

When I described the garage door problem to Bill, he suggested I not use it, as it could ruin the motor. I asked if he could come that same day, rather the appointment I made 2 days away. He was there that afternoon, immediately saw and fixed the problem, and told me about another issue--the rollers. He was able to repair them at that same time, and for the first time since I have owned the house (10+ yrs), the garage door doesn't screech! Miracle worker! Bill was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and the price really was affordable! Would definitely rehire.
