Prompt, informative, clean, and high value

A gentleman from the company came to my house to collect evidence of an insect infestation in the kitchen and bedroom and then called me with the results. It was not something to be exterminated but told me to look for infested boxes from the grocery and throw them out. Then clean every cupboard and shelf and see what happens. Told me to call him back if that didn't work. Not terribly satisfying result. I'll be working on it for a good while.
