Porter's Pool Service

Kyle from Porter‘s pool service was amazing not only that he is very knowledgeable in his craft. He is very courteous and efficient. He came to my home for an estimate ended up doing the job fast and quick and I would say perfect. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Kyle for a job well done and for all the advice you gave me. Looking for forward to the spring.

I highly recommend Kyle! He was honest, professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step of the pool-closing process and went above and beyond to help me. He worked neatly, left everything clean, and his pricing was very reasonable. It's refreshing to find someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be using his services again!

He was absolutely amazing Kyle very professional & did an amazing job will definitely use him again 👍

Replaced liner for an above ground pool, convert from chlorine to salt . Closed pool.

The most wonderful experience with a pool service company. I would use them over and over again. they're a gem. The owner of the company is forthright does his job perfect? and I mean perfect to a t. The price was right. no hidden charges. I'm thankful that I found them and will be using them forever as long as they want to come here LOL

Great experience all around . Service and pricing were excellent.

Kyle not only got the job done, but he returned phone calls, explained everything throughly, showed up on time and was very fair price wise. He will also be coming back to close my pool.

Kyle was amazing, he showed me how to vacumn my pool , he fixed the water out put so my pool filter could run without taking the solar cover off, he also fixed a leak from my filter and he didnt charge me , he came to help me I cant say enough about this kind , man I would refer him to anyone it was 90 degrees on a Sunday hes so knowledgeable when it comes to pools , he made me feel so much better , he wouldn't take any money , this man is an accet to your company, Im so grate ful I found him

My experience with Kyle from start to finish was exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and had my issue squared away quickly. I found a rusted hole in my pool wall and Kyle was able to save me from having to buy a new liner of possibly a new pool if the pool tore open. I would recommend Porter’s Pool Service to everyone.

Mr. Kyle Shepherd was professional, efficient, honest, and polite in his communication and demeanor. I would definitely keep his services to maintain my pool and have recommended him to all of my friends with pools. I am happy I found someone this reliable

I wish every contractor was like Kyle! The day of our install, Kyle and his assistant Matt were on time, worked quickly and efficiently. They left my yard completely spotless, didn’t leave a single thing behind. This was my first experience hiring a pool installer, and Kyle was very patient, responsive, on time and communication was top tier. WE accidentally caused a small issue in my pool while it was filling, very minor and was user error, not Kyle. He was kind enough to come back and fix it right away. Service like this is definitely not the norm, and I highly recommend. We love our pool and the experience was great.

Fast, reliable, honest hardworking

My family has never had the pleasure of working with a nicer, more professional and experienced company and owner. Kyle is a true professional and does not disappoint. He and his team are experienced and extremely knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly, honest. These days, I feel like it is very rare to find any service that calls you back, follows up when they say they are going to and show up when they say they will. But Kyle is that guy that shows up, every time. We were blown away by his level of customer service and his way of doing business. Highly, highly recommend ! Thank you Kyle

I had my liner replaced. Amazing job. They are reliable ,knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. I would highly recommend.

Kyle did a great job the price was good and the workmanship was excellent he works like a gentleman (not a rush job) took out my old liner, releveled the sand and installed new liner. He installed a new skimmer and return. His worker Manny put all the garbage neatly at the street for my garbage man. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! JOE M.

We recently had our pool installed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Kyle was professional and responsive from start to finish. The installation went smoothly, and the final result was wonderful. Highly recommend this company to anyone considering a pool installation!

My pool hit the point where it either needed extensive repairs or replacement. I told Kyle that I had time to wait and he looked for an opportunity over winter for an excellent price on a quality pool. Also, he looked for a pool that fit with our small deck. Great price, trustworthy and quality service. So much better than working with chain store or other pool companies on Long Island. This has been a great experience and we now have a have the pool ready for the entire season (opened in April).

Professional, Courteous, Accommodating, Knowledgeable, great helpers, and strived to please us in every way for complete satisfaction.. Great value. Would highly recommend.

Kyle and his staff absolutely did the right thing for me. I thought my pool was beyond repair, they showed up knocked it out and even came back to make sure everything was going as expected. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends!

I’m so glad I found Kyle. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to detail. The quality of his work was excellent, and he left my yard spotless afterward. Kyle communicated consistently and helpfully throughout the process, even following up via text to help me choose the right pool and materials. His pricing is also very reasonable for the high-quality service he delivers. Kyle is a rare find, and I highly recommend him.

KYLE did an excellent job installing our new pool. We could not be happier with his work. From start to finish he paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was perfect. He never tried to upsell us. The price he gave us was the price we paid. if you need a pool installed, I highly recommend him. You will not be unhappy. He had to fit the new pool around an existing deck that was built for the old pool and he did an incredible job fitting it in.
