Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
We selected Portland Electric to add a 240V circuit for a new hot tub. After inspecting our electrical service and panel, it was determined that to add the circuit the panel needed to be upgraded to comply with current electical code. None of the other bidders even bothered to mention this. I found this single thing the deciding of which contractor to select. The work went smoothly. Mark is a true professional. He was there every time he committed to. He was on time, very concerned about impacting our living space, did a great job on the panel replacement, even did sheetrock repair after the new panel was in.

Bath Exhaust Fan - Install
Don Taber was an extremely nice person, but he seemed to dilly dally for 4 1/2 hours on a job that should have taken a maximum of 2 hours. He ate his breakfast in his van when I was at Home Depot trying to get a higher amp. exhaust as he requested I should do, and then, when I arrived home he thought he should go into the attic to see if he could pull the old fan out that way; I already told him the fan was not accessable through the attic. He could of gone in the attic while I was gone. He really needs organizational skill building. Other that that, he's a very kind and generous person I thought.

bypassed wall switch cause could not find J box. Bathroom wall switch for vanity light still out charged 3 hrs for pull cord. should had called me

"The owner was not home and I had no way of contacting him. I called him that same evening and asked him what he thought of the bill, he said it was a little high and would I settle for 50.00 less I agreed and he seemed happy."
