I manage an apartment complex and this company is my go-to carpet cleaning company. They always execute the job on time and with a great attention to detail.

My house smells wonderful now! Jose picked up on animal smells in my house even though I don't have pets. The smells were from the prior owners. He specially treated the living room rug and now my whole house smells better. He got Christmas tree sap out of the rug. And he got many stains up that I thought were hopeless. I'm VERY PLEASED!!

They are great at efficiency and communication! It was a very pleasant and timely experience and I 100% will use them again in the future!

Fast and efficient

Jose did a stellar job at our home!!!!! He cleaned and sealed our tile floors throughout our home and cleaned our wall to wall carpeting, area rugs and upholstery. Everything came out amazing and especially our tile and grout in the kitchen came out better than we expected. He will be our go-to from now on. I recommend Jose 100 percent!!!

when I moved into my apartment the carpet was badly stained, management wouldn't replace the carpet but did have it cleaned again, the job was of poor quality and gradully over the months the stains resurfaced , i was left with the dirtiest patchwork design ever, i just put down rugs in the bad spots. that helped some but knowing what dirt lay beneath i couldn't stand it anymore. I decided to try home advisors and that is how i found Portland NW carpet cleaning. When Jose called me He made me feel at ease, I've always had trouble letting strangers into my home. Jose arrived promptly as promised, he even texted me to tell me he was on his way, I had everything moved and ready for him except I couldn't get the area rug out from under my 100yr. old sofa Jose took care of that lickity split. He explained the process he would use to tackle the dirtier areas and stains, when he was finished I almost cried at how beautiful my carpet looked, my home looks brand new. Very quick work with quality service. We had a few adhesive stains in our carpet so he treated it and even showed me how to do it, what product to use etc. They did a great job removing all smells and stains from a 10+ year old cream colored carpet.
