Great job by PQR on my roof! Asael was open and communicative about the process (this was our first time doing any kind of roofing project for our house). The project was done quickly and efficiently, and although we had a couple hiccups in the process, Asael was open to feedback and said he'll incorporate it going forward. Overall, the process was smooth, communication was clear, and the people were friendly! Highly recommend!

I began my initial search for a roofing company in my area in early February, 2020. I found 20 in my area that did removals and installations, minor repairs, roof cleaning and other similar services. I used the State of Oregon's Construction Contractor's Board site to weed out companies with potential issues against them -- liens, court related issues, etc. Some of the remaining ones had multiple previous CCB licenses, which seemed suspicious to me, so I passed on those. After that search, I the results down to 5 roofing companies and began setting up appointments for roofing estimates. (You have to do YOUR part and check out multiple companies as there is a wide range of roofing companies available. Find one that YOU are comfortable with.) I chose Portland Quality Roofing as their CCB record was the cleanest, the best. On Tuesday, June 23, 2020 with a clear day ahead (92 degrees by late afternoon), the roofers arrived as scheduled at 8:00 am and started setting up their work out. The roofing crew was very efficient, professional, focused and took some amazing pictures during the reinstall process, which I'd requested during the initial bidding process. They reinstalled my satellite dish as well. Portland Quality Roofing with the most upfront, proactive and transparent in regards to what they could and couldn't do on my project. I would absolutely recommend using Portland Quality Roofing when you are in need of having any repairs or replacements done to your roof.
