Poseidon Plumbing & Home Services, LLC

Good. Fast same day service.

The tech was honest and fair but the price was beyond expensive to install so not a toilet that I purchased already!!! And I’m a veteran and this company is owned by a veteran

Great service and quick/efficient. Thank you

I would recommend to my friends and family. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned up after the project was complete

did a good job

He was quick and explained things very well.

Service is amazing. Way over priced

Jordon was very professional and nice

Very professional

Poseidon was sent by AHS warranty company to replace by broken water heater. The apprentice plumbers - Craig and Owen did a horrible job. When i called the owners- Jason and Heather to complain, they sent them back to fix all the mess but still did not complete the job as i later found out my sinks in the basement were not flowing. Owen argued with me about the clumsy job they did and was very unprofessional. When i called to let the company know my basement sinks were not flowing, no one got back to me. Jason was nice on the phone up until the job was done and payment given and I never heard from them despite phone calls and text to Jason and Heather. I will not recommend this company as I had a horrible experience.

Very expensive

He did well.

,

HE CAME; ON TIME AND CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN HE WOILD BE HERE. VERY HONEST AND VERY POLITE. IM HAVING HIM COME BACK TO DO MORE WORK FOR ME

Their customer service is the very best!!!

Worked in a timely matter

Got the job done. Only issue was it took several days due to scheduling availability. Was not an emergency but a big inconvenience. Henry explained everything he did in detail. It was more than a simple clog. He showed up on time, was polite, respected my property, and was very professional. Yes, I would call them again.

Received very good service, would hire them again.

they are a little expensive, but they gave me a break om the equipment you get what yu pay for that is what i have come to know . they were top notch

High praise for Poseidon Plumbing & Home Services! Jordan from Poseidon has come twice to our condo now and has done outstanding work! He replaced two ancient toilets and updated the venting on our newly installed dryer. Jordan was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. We will definitely call Poseiden for all of our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Great Company, Great staff, Great service. 100% would recommend!

Very professional and timely. Seemed expensive but they were here right away and did what they said they would do. Knowledgeable and courteous. I’m fine paying a bit more for that.
