At the end of last year, we moved into a new house with a large water feature and pond. Over the last few months, there was a buildup of algae and a slowing down of the water flow which made the water feature an ugly sore spot in the yard. I called a few places to come out and service the feature without a response. I got a flyer from Poseidon in the mail a couple of weeks ago and called them. First, Robyn answered the phone which was a plus. She was very positive and welcoming. Within a week and a half, they were at our house, servicing our feature and made it beautiful again. Robyn and Chris are a young and honest couple of business owners who took time with us and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need or want right now. Very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend!

I had contacted 6 other companies, 4 came out; one said they couldn't do it,one bid was a $1,000, the next one said we could pay $600 while he Jerry-rigged it together. Chris from Poseidon came out and had the problem resolved in 15 minutes with the minimum charge. He is my hero. Thank you. Cynthia
