PLEASE BEWARE OF POSH HOME IMPROVEMENTS! DO NOT LET THE GOOD REVIEWS FOOL YOU! PLEASE READ EVERYTHING VERY CAREFULLY IN THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING! Do not end up like me in a lawsuit with Posh Home Improvements. BEWARE OF THE SMILE AND SMOOTH TALK OF CHARLES MOSES! I trusted this business and I wanted to support our people but that was one of the biggest mistakes of my life! Thankfully I won the big lawsuit against Posh Home improvement and he has to pay big time! Right is right and wrong is wrong, Posh Home Improvements is wrong! Charles tried his best to get over on me and my family but all the truth came out and today I am a winner! You never win playing dirty and that is what this company tried to do! READ YOUR CONTRACT WHICH IS A DEATH TRAP!!!! Please do not make the same mistakes as I by being so trusting. If I were you I would run the other way. I can not stress enough about reading EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BECAUSE THEY ARE SOME SCAMMERS!! Because of Posh Home Improvements, I will NEVER TRUST THE SAME AGAIN!!! I thought everything sounded good but when it came down to it, it is all an illusion, a act to lore you in. Charles tried to take advantage of me but he did not win in the end. Yes, he is professional in your face but totally not fair or truthful. I would not be surprised if some of the reviews are fake! I AM PLEASED TO SAY POSH YOU HAVE TO PAY!!!! There is such thing as nice nasty! That is how I would explain this company! A big get-over! If you do decide to move forward with Posh Home Improvements DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Do not make my mistake and go off of good reviews which he will stand by because I know firsthand how underhanded CHARLES IS. Just know this one thing READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISION AND BE CLEAR ON EVERYTHING INVOLVED. KEEP ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS AND ALL YOUR EVIDENCE BECAUSE CHARLES WILL SECRETLY RECORD YOU AND TRY TO USE ANY AND EVERYTHING AGAINST YOU! I WOULD NEVER REFER OR RECOMMEND POSH HOME IMPROVEMENTS!!

Posh waa very professional and pleasant. I explained to the that a drop ceiling in my basement would make me more comfortable in my laundry room and they made my project a priority. Bathroom - Remodel
I highly recommend It's Posh and Charles, we had met with multiple remodeling companies to update our shower/tub. Charles was very prompt with the estimate, the workers that came with him were professional, and they cleaned up everyday after themselves (so important with I have a toddler running around)!

Believe the reviews! Charles is impeccably professional and competent. We needed a new garbage disposal, and he exceeded our expectations at every turn. He was on time, on budget and left the work area clean. He is friendly, polite, kind and obviously loves what he does. He is a rare gem in the home improvement field, and the next time we have a project, we won't hesitate to give him a call.

The service was excellent. Tho communication was clear and professional. The results were perfect. the only thing I can see as a weakness was that it took 5 days to get an estimate. In the meantime our screen door was hanging wide open and falling apart. But after that, an appointment was scheduled right away. I will use them again for future projects

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
The company completed multiple small jobs at my home (hanged a closet set in master bedroom closet, mounted 2 TVs to walls and put together an outdoor shed). They always arrive early or on time, very professional and has high quality workmanship. I highly recommend!

The owner, Charles Moses, personally handled the job. He fixed a broken drawer in my kitchen island. In addition, he completed a minor repair on the island at no additional cost. I would definitely use Posh Home Improvements again.
