"Dear Wilda, your review is a lie. We came out and gave you a price. One with a house & shed roof & another for just the house. You & your husband agreed to do the house & shed roof which cost $700 more then if you opted to just do the house. Our representative, yourself & your husband all signed a contract with the amount agreed to do the roof & shed. We completed the job. You paid us the amount on the contract & all was fair. & then 2 months later you find the initial worksheet for when we gave you both options of just house roof & to add the shed. & saw a cheaper option (bc it wasn?t including the shed) then saw a price on the worksheet ("

Specifically, you have publicly claimed that your roof leaked and that Posh Roofing failed to address the issue adequately. However, we have evidence to refute these claims. Contrary to your assertions, our records indicate that your roof was not leaking, and any concerns you expressed were based on a misunderstanding. Your own testimony corroborates this fact, as you have previously provided reasons for why you believed your roof was leaking, which were later proven to be mistaken. We demand that you immediately cease and desist from making any further false statements about Posh Roofing. Your actions are damaging to our reputation and business, and we will not hesitate to take legal action if necessary to protect our interests. Please be advised that failure to comply with this demand will result in further action being taken against you. This is our last warning. Our next course of action is us heading to the courts to resolve your defamation case"
