Posideon Pools

This was one of the worst decisions I have ever taken. Said he works on one pool at a time, that was a lie. Said he could have our pool done in 6 weeks, lied, it was scheduled to start in may and end in June, it is now December, and the pool still leaks. He ordered the wrong liner, then, put a hole in it and had to hire another company to patch our new liner. Tried to add charges without us agreeing. When we looked at the contract, it stated that any additional charges will be agreed to in writing. Overcharged us for a $500 Polaris cleaner, stating it was worth $1350. Had to repair the pool frame because the side collapsed, not once, but twice. Put the skimmer near the most heavily trafficked area, did not order permits, and tried to have us pull permits (do not do this. It will be your responsibility if anything goes wrong). After the second payment, he basically stopped working our pool and we would have to text him every day asking what was going on. He was going to use the wrong wire that would have burned out because it was not the proper size. Placed the pool light switch as far away from the house as possible. Poured the step higher than the foundation and now we have water pooling when it rains. This was by far, the most inexperienced contractor I have ever had. He has no business owning a pool company. Avoid at all costs, no matter the savings you think you will get. Run away!

I was really struggling with my pool having multiple issues and the water never looking clear. Shawn was able to diagnose and repair all the issues at a very reasonable price, and the pool has never looked better! I shopped around before settling on Poseidon Pools, and I couldnâ t be happier that I did. I would highly recommend them for anyone with swimming pool needs!
