Bathroom Remodel
They remodeled 3 bathrooms in a home built in 1984, and all 3 are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Homeadvisor for providing us with the name of Positive Construction and Roman Polner. We could not be happier with the quality of the planning and completed work. I highly recommend and would be happy to talk to anyone looking for a first class contractor for remodeling.

Roman was very honest and reliable. He communicates on a daily basis and finished the project on budget and schedule. He has good ideas and helped us with difficult decisions throughout the project. Roman and his crew are very easy to work with and our family felt very comfortable with his team throughout our 6 month home renovation. Roman is one of the good ones...honest, cares about his work and shows up!!

Bathroom Remodel
I like their business model. They quote only the labor allowing the client to purchase what they want for the remodel. They covered paint, sheet rock, shower enclosure, and misc building materials.

Roman helped me understand what could be changed and what it would cost and why. We found him to be very honest. We would be very happy to recommend him.

Bathroom Remodel
We had a wonderful experience with Roman at Positive Construction. His bid was very reasonable and the quality of the installation was excellent. He provided insightful recommendations for our Master Bath remodel. We replaced our tub with a walk-in shower, replaced our cabinet and added a granite countertop, replaced our toilet and had new floor tile installed. Roman kept us informed of the progress on the remodel and went more than the extra mile in customer service. We will use Roman for all our future home improvements. We would highly recommend Positive Construction to anyone.
