Negligent workmanship and unprofessional conduct ? Do not hire! I had a very disappointing experience with Post Enterprises LLC in Mt. Horeb, WI (Arthur ?Art? Post). Detailed drawings, dimensions, and specifications were provided for the concrete work, yet multiple aspects of the project were completed incorrectly and not according to plan. He completely missed simple layout and dimensions of the rear patio that compromised the entire character and function of the outdoor space. His work on the front sidewalk was riddled with so many errors that it needed to be ripped out to start over. When concerns about repeating previous mistakes were raised, he quit the project via text message. He later returned unannounced to complete the staining and sealing of the rear patio but missed crucial steps in the process. An independent third-party inspection concluded the staining/sealing work did not meet basic professional standards, and that the patio would need to be completely stripped and
