I finally found an honest company! The technicians, Davin & Adam were great. Leo is the owner, Wonderful to do business with. These men exhibit a work ethic of integrity which is so difficult to find. They called prior to arrival and arrived on time. Kudos to this company....they don't gouge you on pricing! Great work for a good price.

They were out within an hour of when I called. Had heat pump repaired in another hour. Excellent service.

Very responsive, quick service, and knowledgeable technicians who made the process so easy. My unit had wiring that was from an old coloring system, and he immediately recognized this and had my smart thermostat hooked up quickly! He stayed to make sure everything was working correctly and explained the different settings that were somewhat technical related to HVAC differences on the ecobee. Will use them again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Received call 30 minutes after appointment time that they would be late due to an emergency call. Next call said they were an hour away. Took them 1:45 to get to my home. The work I ask for was completed and the price was fair. Wish they would have called sooner to let me know they could not make the appointment so that I could have altered my schedule for that day.

Mr. Leo of Poteet Heat and Air fixed my heater and 4 other companies said it had to be replaced just because the part it needed was hard to get to so they didn't want to bother. Mr. Leo was very honest and fair with his pricing. I completely recommend Poteet for great service, great communication, and reasonable pricing. He has a lot of integrity and you can tell he enjoys his work and he is straight up honest. If you are looking for a person to fix your central unit you need to call Mr. Leo. He will fix it and be honest and handle everything.

This company went above and beyond!! A snowstorm hit and my heat went out. Many local businesses were closed or closing early. This company came out and did all they could before the storm hit. They came out the next day and finished the job. Will definitely hire again for heating/cooling needs.

They were willing to do a small ventilation project and they completed it on time and at the agreed amount. I will most definitely use them in future.

Leo was very professional and spent a good half hour talking about options with me and put absolutely no pressure to make a decision. He worked with me to get the best unit for our budget. His competitor was by comparison short and never even called back to give an official quote. The poteet crew was friendly, timely, and efficient. They were very easy to have working in my home. Would choose poteet again hands down.

Excellent Service

I received six estimates to replace an existing heating system that was very inefficient. Leo just happened to offer what we ( the church board ) considered the best value. He and his crew installed two complete heat pump systems in one day. We are very pleased with the quality work they did and are confident that if we should ever need service on either unit we can count on him to provide it. We opted for the ten year parts and labor warranty. I believe Leo to be a man of integrity and knowledgeable.

Mr Leo installed a hvac package unit for me from scratch. He was very prompt, informative, and knowledgeable during the install. They got the install done on schedule and were very helpful in other aspects of my reno too. He was prompt to address minor issues after the install as well. He defiantly seems like a man with integrity and I would recommend.

They came out very quick, and were very clear about what needed to be done, what they did and the cost up front!! Very nice!

Leo Poteet is much more than professional and honest. He is knowledgeable and fair and cares about people. The replacement of our ductwork was difficult and we are very pleased with the installation. The price was very fair and I would recommend him to anyone.

Proteet's techs were very professional, punctual, and courteous! I had a flood in my home due to a hot water heater. I called several other companies that left me waiting hours and or never showed up. I called the Proteet office on Wednesday. A very nice young lady took my call and listen to my concerns. She could tell I was very frustrated. She scheduled a tech to out the next day. The tech was on time and explain thoroughly everything he saw going on with my duct work. I was told they could come back the next day to replace my duct work at a very reasonable price! Proteet's tech arrived early and left when the job was completed. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for heating and air repairs. I also will hire this company to complete schedule maintenance on our heating & air system. Now I can move forward with having the rest of my home restored
