I truly appreciate both Rick's willingness to work with my schedule as well as the gentleman's patience who worked on my heater when I got stuck in traffic trying to get home for him to do the installation. I really liked Poteet's professionalism and sound advice. I didn't receive the same benefits from discussions with the other two vendors.
