Wow! What a great experience. It is New Year's Eve, we had an animal scratching around inside our microwave vent, and we had trouble finding anyone to come out. Then we called Potomac Pest & Termite Control--they answered the phone right away and had someone here in 30 minutes! They took care of the rodent and taught us a lot about various mouse and bird problems in our area. They knew our area well. What a relief! We definitely will be using Potomac Pest & Termite Control on a regular basis moving forward. Happy New Year!

They came out promptly and explained exactly what they were going to do. He placed the poison plugs in the ground (to kill the moles) and he has returned a few times to check on the progress of the extermination. I am very satisfied with the work and the price.
