My overall experience was ok. Guys were pleasant and quick. My only suggestion is for them to come out and do quotes. I was quoted one price on the phone and that changed once they got here. Stated price increased because they were carrying things upstairs from basement and some items were heavier than expected so their dump fees would be higher.

"We are sorry you feel that way Jennifer, but our prices go by the amount of stuff you have, weight and labor to remove it. We give ballpark estimates over the phone without seeing the items to keep from having to charge for estimates. When we arrive and see there are more items than originally talked about, it is necessary to increase the price accordingly. Our customers are always given the option to accept or decline the price before removing the items, as you were. We hope this helps in the future and appreciate your business."
