HIS FATHER RETIRED AND DERRICK DECIDED TO GO OFF ON HIS OWN AND LEARNED TO DO ALL OF THE OTHER THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE. RICK LIKES TO WORK WITH PEOPLE. HE LIKES TO MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY.
