They were very prompt and kind.

The only negative is they did not come with drop cloths to protect the carpet.

Because of lower overhead than others, they can offers, they can offer better cost value.

I chose Poulin from 4-5 bids to remodel my master bath and kitchen. The salesman Reuben, and the workmen were great to work with and I really appreciated having all the materials I needed for the remodel. I love my new walk in shower with the easy to care for and very attractive surface. The workmen were very careful and precise in removing the old tile, tub and counter tops and installing the new ones. Its so much fun to cook in my new kitchen!

Our initial contact was with our Design Consultant, Ruben Cabrera. He was considerate of our requests and open to design options. Ruben is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. His background in remodeling gives him the advantage of understanding the entire process. Our rating for our experience with Ruben and the design process is 5 stars. As for the actual work itself, we rate this 4 stars. While the work was completed, the attention to detail was less than what we expected. We pointed out several of these details to the work crew. The bathroom does look very nice, however, there are still minor cosmetic flaws that we will eventually attend to ourselves. Based on our entire experience with Poulin, we would recommend their services to others.

Be sure you are informed of the price of leveling required prior to floor installation. This could be pricey.

They make the sale and disappear. They never call back, they won't fix mistakes and be ready to pay more than quoted. They will call you over and over again to sell you more overpriced solar systems. Never again.

Poulin went out of their way to ensure we had a professional install. We will definitely keep them in mind for our future carpet/flooring repairs!

I think they need better communication and informing me about what the next steps are.

There were a couple of damages but, all in all they did an excellent job.

Jessie is the best to work with at Poulin.

Very expensive. We ended up with nearly 3 boxes of unused laminate that the company wouldn't take back. One box I can see, but the square foot estimate was way over. Also, we were told the job would take a day and a half, but took two full days. This was not the installers' fault, it was (again) the estimate.

It was a pleasure working with designer Laurie Merrill and installer Ed Strang. A dream team. They are real pros, as were all Poulin employees we met. The bath is lovelier than we'd even hoped, and finished on time, on budget.

Our new tile floors look amazing. We chose a wood-grain plank tile and it does look like we have new wood floors. The team (sales person, office staff, and work crew) was so professional, friendly, respectful, and very trustworthy. The mobile showroom, which came to our home, was an added plus when we wanted to select tile from samples. The work crew were meticulous with the prep of all floors and the end result is spectacular. Plan to use them again to finish two more bedrooms.

The design team at Poulin were very friendly, courteous and professional. The sales staff were amazing - very informative, no pressure presentation (they came to my house!). The installers arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I was very happy with the finished product (carpeting and bathroom vanity replacement). I would absolutely hire them again.

We contacted Poulin Design to replace an existing bathtub with a walk-in shower. They met our request for an evening appointment, and arrived promptly as scheduled. We were very impressed with the presentation and all questions were answered. When it came time for the installation all aspects were explained, and concerns met. The installer, Rubin, was very professional and friendly. The installation process was completed within the time frame promised, and the quality of the product and installation were both excellent. At the end of each day of the install, Rubin, cleaned up the work area and explained how the install was progressing and what would happen the following day. We highly recommend Poulin Design and look forward to using them for our next home up grade. Thanks to everyone for a job well done.

Richard was fantastic. He had a great crew; they worked very hard. They did a super job. I would definitely recommend your company and Richard and his crew again.

Outstanding customer service! Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The sales agents were wonderful and not pushy at all. I will be using them again.

Contractor laid a beautiful tile floor. However, that was the only positive experience. After many mistakes made by the Poulin salesperson and the contractor from scheduling, to selecting tile to having a week delay in installation, the contractor completed the tiling to my great satisfaction. Because of the many errors made by the salesperson and the contractor supervisor during the process of getting the floor installed, I cancelled my order. However, after speaking with the owner, Tom Poulin who promised to make the situation right, which he did, the tile was beautifully laid. Although this was a small project, customer service was totally inadequate but because Tom Poulin values his customers, he was able to convince me to stay with his company.

We had carpet installed in all bedrooms and closets. The job was done in an expedited manner, the customer service was top notch, the installers were polite, friendly and did a great clean up afterward. We will use Poulin Design Remodeling again.

They showed up for the work late and didn't bother calling. Overall, the quality of the work they did was excellent.

One of the carpet edge strips is not down correctly. I asked specifically for new edge strips. Even if they had done that one I would be more satisfied. Also, they were not going to vacuum. I had to mention it. They said they would do it using my vacuum. Considering what they thought was all right, I vacuumed it myself including the edges with a vacuum tool before I let them put the furniture back. I had to dump the vacuum dirt catcher between rooms because it was so full of little carpet pieces and fuzz.
