His inspection was very thorough and he was able to identify the root issue within 10 minutes. I received his detailed report shortly after the onsite which gave clear guidance on the issue and next steps.

I felt as though they were very conscientious. I asked David to communicate to me each step taken and completed throughout the entire project. This was done. I have home improvement projects coming up and I intend to hire him again to do the actual work or to consult with him as how to proceed.
