Four years later and they still give great service and very responsive to any issues. Never hesitate to help.

I provided explicit information about the manufacturer specs and equipment the contractor would need to provide to effect the repair a ceiling fan controller. The contractor showed up with the wrong equipment and contrary to what I was told by them when I contacted them by phone to perform the work, they were not familiar with this type of fan. They promised to be back in 3 days with the proper equipment to complete the work. It has been a week and they have not responded to any of my phone calls or text messages. Contractor is not reliable. Good news is that they did not charge me, just wasted my time.

They showed up an hour later then the scheduled appointment time, thankfully it I was able change my work schedule to accommodate. So that wasn t a huge deal. It took them about half a day to fix everything because they needed to get a part, so keep that in mind when scheduling. Their prices are pretty reasonable for all the work they did. I would probably hire them again.

Powell Electrical was able to troubleshoot and make needed repairs to a couple electrical issues in my house. Crew s work was impressive. I highly recommend their service.

Had a little miscommunication with office and scheduling; however, Powell Electric does excellent work and I would definitely use them again. They came out on a Saturday to install an electrical outlet for me so that my stove being delivered on Sunday would work. Very knowledgable and professional.
