I had two service technicians come to my home for separate maintenance services. Barry Thompson for the ductless Mitsubishi unit and Kevin Hyde for the HVAC. Both technicians were excellent! Have previously dealt with Wayne as well and everyone is always very professional. The technicians take the time to answer questions and provide resources where needed. I am very happy with my experience.

A 5 star rating is still too low. Wayne and his crew were great. I originally contacted Powell and Turner from HA. They were 1 of 5 contractors I asked to quote my Mom's house for a complete central air conditioning unit. We chose P & T. We opted for a hard ducted system to span 2 floors. Wayne was the most confident, when suggesting it could be done, due to the fact he had the most confidence in his crew that would be doing the duct work, Gary and Dan. I can't say enough about these 2 gentlemen. They were so polite to my Mom (90 years old) They have been doing this type of work for over 30 years, and have been in a multitude of situations. This house was built pre-WW2, and finding and creating duct work through 2 floors was tricky at best. Some of the other contractors suggested a "split unit", because it was easier. The finished job was FANTASTIC....Wayne's original estimate of 5 days was spot on...it actually took them 4 1/2 days..The last day was to tidy up...in which they did an excellent job. You could not even tell they were there...After I told Wayne, we wanted P&T to do the job, I wanted to upgrade the condenser, in which he actually tried to talk me out of...He just doesn't like to "oversell". Installation was finished on 7/11/17, and we have just had some major heat of over 100 degrees. The unit is purring like a kitten(it is very quiet) and has keep the house a very comfortable 75 degrees. ( that is where unit is set at)....I will definitely recommend Powell and Turner to anyone

Wonderful and if I could give Powell & Turner 10 stars I would. AC went out late Saturday evening and it was hot. Long 4th weekend and I was in panic to get fixed. Mr. Turner came out next day on a Sunday and fixed it. Very knowledgeable and very nice to deal with.

The contractor made a competitive bid (of 4 bids) for the installation of a new air conditioner and furnace. The technicians showed up on time and completed the work in one day, with no changes to the work order. It seems to be a well-run, customer-friendly, family-owned business.

We have had our new heat pump for a little over three months. We love it. We purchase the 96% Dual Heat and Cooling system. It is a warm and even heat. I wish we would have done this sooner. Powell and Turner Heating & Cooling is without a doubt the best contractor we have ever worked with. They took the time to provide several options to replace an old heating system and worked in our best interest. They are highly recommended.

The service from the office people and the business manger were great. The workmanship from the installation guys was not as good as I expected based on the interactions I had with inside personnel, but they came back out and fixed stuff immediately.

Other companies couldn't determine the problem, but Powell & Turner did. Also were on time for there appointments.

Brian came to my home to provide a quote for the installation of my heat pump. He is intelligent and well-informed regarding heating and cooling systems. He worked with me on the price and was not trying upsell me on other products such as humidifiers and air cleaners like other vendors did. He answered all my questions with candor and explained the entire contract to me without any pressure. The installation went smoothly and the system works like a charm. I received a follow-up email from Nicole, the admin. person at their location after the installation, for any questions or concerns. This company also offers a 10-year warranty on labor; that's rare in this industry. Their customer service is top-notch. They are a small, family-owned company that has been in business for decades. The technicians who installed the unit were respectful of my home and courteous in their communications during the process. I am pleased with my decision to award the job to Powell & Turner.
