I hired Chris to install holiday lighta and had an oral contract to pay $230 in advance to install and take down, I called to schedule a take down for yesterday for 11:00 and they did not show so I called them, secretary said that tech quit and will have to charge me an extra $100 because the take down would be done by different individuals and that was not in our agreement

Do not use this company. They were sloppy. I live in Arkansas and the house being repaired is in Texas. I had a door replaced dry wall repair in one area. Blinds and a towel bare hung and it took him all day. The cost from Power was $1140. The worker had to come back the next day to pick up the trash left. The calking on the back door was horrible.

The guys left in the middle of the project. They said they would be back in a couple of hours. After I call at 5pm on a Friday to find out where they were the Lead man called and said he would be back first thing Saturday morning. My new back door was partially installed, however, it was still a 2.5 inch opening the width of the door to the outside. The temp on Friday night was mid to upper 30's. The Lead man showed up Saturday morning and worked by himself for 3 or so hours. The door does not close properly. The lead man said that I needed to go to a box store and buy a larger seal for my new door. They do not make a larger seal. They broke the interior trim when removing it for the new door install. He tried to use caulk to "fix" the problem. I should have done this job myself. The only reason this contractor got a 0.5 star is because that is the lowest that the system will allow. I did sign off that the project was complete, but that was only because I was ready for him to leave. I do have additional problems with HomeAdvisor themselves. A customer service rep called and asked about the company before the job had even started. Then sent me an email with his name and number. I called and left a message on Saturday after the contractor left. On Monday still no return call. I left another message Monday afternoon. Still no return call. This has been the worst contractor experience that I have ever had.

Although the installer was very nice he was unable to install the lights. In the past, I had a roofer install the lights without any problem. I did not use the roofer this year because of all the roofing work from the hail storms this spring. This gentleman was simply inexperienced.

Chris provided a estimate and kept to it. Excellent quality and reasonable pricing.

Booked an 8am appointment but cleaning person didn?t show up to my home until 9:45am. The 1st cleaning was supposed to be a deep cleaning per my conversation with Sherry, whom I am assuming is some sort of manager for the company. After 4 hours, my home was only partly cleaned. There were several areas in the home where the cleaning was very insufficient. I asked for no bleach products to be used and Sherry assured me that they wouldn?t be used but they were. Not satisfied and can?t or wouldn?t recommend.
