Koltin Parker and his helper dug a 40 foot trench in my yard. They fixed the water main but they did not cover up their work. It was done in March and it was snowing and very cold. I could not get a hold of anyone for two weeks after they dug this 40 foot trench in my yard and left all the piping and tubing exposed to the elements. When I finally got a hold of Koltin, he told me he had been on vacation. He sent his helper over who covered up the water main with a little bit of straw. They did not cover up the hole that they dug, and when I asked them to, please come and cover up the trench that they dug,Koltin told me that he was not a landscaper. I was charged $3500 for this work and they did not finish their job. My yard is still a mess. I do not recommend this company. They are not Better Business Bureau approved either.

I called Extra Mile on a Saturday to clear a blockage in my sewer line. I called at 3pm and they showed up 30 minutes later. Did a wonderful job, Was very friendly and suggested ways to keep it from happening again. I am very satisfied.

Hired Koltin P to repair leaking upstairs toilet. Arrived in small car with a friend or apprentice and few tools and no supplies. He assigned his inexperienced helper to fix the toilet Expected me to have the parts to fix the leak. Both had to drive 11 miles to next town for parts. After replacing wax ring, turned water on and left. We discovered water raining down in hallway downstairs, ruining the ceiling and laminate wood flooring. Koltin returned hours later and fixed the problem. Returned with friend 10 days later to replace guts in tank because toilet was not functioning correctly and bring more tools. Within a few days, toilet quit flushing completely. Called Koltin and he said that they only replaced half the guts. We called him everyday and he said he would pick up the remaining parts and be here at 3:00. We waited a week and he is a no show and no call, ghosting us, although we paid him for the job. Feel like if he had done the job himself instead of letting someone inexperienced do it, or if he had done a better job of supervising the other guy, a lot of things would have been better. What plumber does not have tools or parts in his truck when going to a new job???
