Power Fence installed the fence at my property, and the finished product is beautiful. The quality of the workmanship met my expectations, and I am very happy with how the fence itself turned out. My only disappointment was regarding a rear gate that I had hoped to have added. I was told that the company would look into whether the gate could be installed and get back to me, but I never received a follow-up despite reaching out several times. I even offered to pull the permit myself if that would help move the project forward. While I understand that not every request can be accommodated, I would have appreciated a definitive answer and better communication regarding the gate. I wanted to have the same contractor complete the entire project rather than potentially bringing in another company to modify work that was already done.

They were initially working with our neighbor on a fence project we both share, and while they were on site, we asked about replacing an old gate that was falling apart.
