I had them install A/C and repair electrical wiring and plumbing that had been wiped out in the hurricane. They were very expensive, but at least they showed up when they said they would. Over time they would come back for periodic maintenance, and generally would use the opportunity to tell me I needed some new expensive repair done. Two and a half years later, their expensive A/C stopped working, and when I call them to take a look they tell me it's going to cost $300 just to have them come out. So now I have to pay somebody else to take care of the crappy equipment they installed at exorbitant prices. They're a money pit: stay away.

Attn: Nick C Five Stars is not enough for Franciso and Martin! Should be seven or eight! Two the of the nicest professional people that I have ever met! I am in total amazement of the quality of work and how hard they worked! (6 hours straight in 90+ degree weather). They did everything with a smile on their face and when asked a question the gave a direct answer without hesitation. What made this extra special was this work was done a Sunday when they could have been home with their family! We plan other projects in the near term and hope that we can utilize their services at that time! I would highly and proudly recommend Power House Home Services to anyone!

"Roberta, Sorry you did not have a good experience. We visited your home, then you cancelled two days later. Your deposit was returned within the refund timeline that was given to you in not only the estimate you were provided and signed, but also an email. We service hundreds of clients per month, so at times it takes some time to process checks. I apologize it was not the next day. The owner gave you his personal number and saw to it your refund check was hand delivered. No other company in South West Florida would this happen over this small of a project. We service our customers to the best of our ability regardless of project size and we will make sure to do better in the future."

Bruno did a very thorough job at checking out my wiring problem to a new ceiling fan. He was very polite and explained everything as he was doing it. I feel much better knowing that everything was good, except for the fan itself. Will be returning it.

Fixed Generator Installation
Very positive,they were installing an online automatic Generator, 22 Volts. Efficient, coordinated connection with the propane company. They also had to add a new panel as the old one was really old...Adding a surge detector to the AC system. They were neat and orderly
