"The customer had contacted me at 8:07 am our appointment was for 8am which I had explained to him that my gps was telling me 10 minutes. unfortunately I cannot control traffic on any road and we drive commercial vehicles that are not allowed on the Merritt I arrived at his door at 8:18 we the customer was belligerent and I kindly excused myself and said have a wonderful day. if we had an appointment to review what Steven wanted done surely he allotted for more than an 18 min window."
