The job was well done. They explained what they did. They are professional. My only concern was that they were not wearing any protective gear or took safety precautions to protect themselves or me from contracting COVID-19. I also failed to request them to wearing face masks while working on my premise; and I did not wear my own mask on their presence. I hope we all continue safe and healthy.

Hired to install wiring hookup for new spa and to dig out a spot for it. Jay and his team were great. Very efficient and Jay is super responsive by text which I really appreciate. workers came on time. I had a problem with my well the same day and the well pump had to be removed along with 300 ft of piping and electric cable. We were able to work with them and get both projects completed .

They finished part of the job competently, installing some outlets. One prime reason for calling them was the electrical gutter wire; they correctly diagnosed it needed replacement, and they promised to order one and replace. It has been over two weeks, and though they promised to attend to it but then I never heard from them. Phone calls to them promise a response, but they do not follow up with promised return calls nor is there any indication that they ordered anything. They likely do not want to do it, and I would have appreciated if they were upfront and just told me that. I will find someone else to do the job.

These guys were prompt, personable and efficient. They covered everything on our list and then cleaned up after themselves, telling me they like to leave it cleaner than they found it. The work was primarily in the basement, and I would say it was even more immaculate than when they arrived. We would definitely hire them again based on this experience.

I waited 25 minutes for Jay to show up and I had to call Him to find out where he was. Blaming traffic when every morning on the Merritt is the same is not an excuse for not communicating. I will not hire anyone who can?t respect their customer?s time enough to call if they are going to be significantly late.

"The customer had contacted me at 8:07 am our appointment was for 8am which I had explained to him that my gps was telling me 10 minutes. unfortunately I cannot control traffic on any road and we drive commercial vehicles that are not allowed on the Merritt I arrived at his door at 8:18 we the customer was belligerent and I kindly excused myself and said have a wonderful day. if we had an appointment to review what Steven wanted done surely he allotted for more than an 18 min window."
