Concrete Foundation Raise
The crew was excellent. They explained every detail on the 8 piers installed. I was ask several time if I understood what and how they were doing. Any change to the original plan they made sure I was aware and agreed to the plan. I would recommend this team and company to anyone. You performed some work for me 12 years ago which was do great. The second time was every bit as good if not better. Price was very competitive

I am still having the same issues prior to hiring them. They did not fix my problem. UPDATE 6/7/2019: My neighbor is not responsible for the drains put in my home, PowerJack are responsible for this. The drains that this company put out in my home, are coming out of the ground, I am able to see the drain pipe above the ground. No one has responded as of yet, I do not know why, but I would hope that they would try to rectify this mess by sending a professional to do the job. They are no longer accredited with Better Business Bureau as of April 25th, 2019.

"The original job was completed on 7-15-16. The drainage has a 2 year warranty and the first call we received was 9-10-18 about the drainage system. Even though the warranty was expired, we responded to see if we could help. We responded on 11-14-18 to inspect. Our superintendent then went to the owner and asked if we could go service in order to help her out. He said yes so we responded on 12-5-18 and blew out the drains which were quite clogged. It was observed and explained to the homeowner that her next door neighbor had re-positioned their downspouts to where the water is now flowing into Mrs. Jackson's yard. She was advised to get with her neighbor to resolve as there wasn't anymore that we could do given the situation."

Concrete Foundation Repair
Estimator spent more time assessing our issues than others had and gave detailed drawing of plan to correct foundation issue and showed us a brief film about the materials/methods to be used. They had to postpone work a few days due to excessive rains and possibility of thunderstorms, but rescheduled as quickly as possible. Very efficient.

I had two separate jobs done. Driveway leveled and foundation work. Both jobs done quickly and efficiently. They repaired the sprinkler system after having to re-route it during the foundation work and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend them for both projects.

We had to have them out twice to level and each time it cost us more. We have a lot of cracks on the outside of the house that they didn't fix. We are calling them again to try and get them out to fix them.
