Jason knows his stuff! He serviced my Generac portable generator which hadn’t been started in a couple of years. He determined my carburetor was total gummed up from gas residue. He broke it down, cleaning and restoring while explaining his work along the way. He even changed the oil and cleaned the unit so it now looks like new. His pricing was much lower than what I had expected. I had some quotes for $150 just to come pick up the generator, so a $95 service fee considering the convenience of in-home service makes it worth it. He then gave me a lesson on how to properly care and use the generator as well. I would recommend him without any reservations.

They were professional and prompt. They did detailed work that included completely cleaning the whole generator inside and out. It's a 12 year old unit that looks almost brand new now and runs perfectly.

Jason's work was great, very professional. But I was surprised that his fee of $95 did not include labor. I didn't expect there would be any other fees.

He made the situation worse and suggested I buy an oven roasting pan to catch the oil dripping from the generator. As he had to order additional parts we waited 1 month to finish the repairs. He informed me that he does not answer his phone or return e-mails, cancelled our appointment to service another customer who had not yet paid. I had given him a check a month ago. Made out to him, not his company. He is very personable and pleasant on job site. Even though he agreed to return my payment, we once again do not have an operating generator and must, one again, cancel another contractor whose work depended on his completion of the repairs. I do believe he is capable of doing good work. However, I remain suspect of a company that does not respond to any communication and asked to be paid with funds made out to his personal name. Maybe if I had not tried to be understanding of a man's time and withheld payment until completion, this would have been resolved in a more amicable fashion.

Jason was great. I had tried to add oil myself and made a huge mess of it. He cleaned up my mess and did a complete check of the system. Everything is working great! Jason called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived it was raining. He worked in the pouring rain to get it up and running for me. I am grateful for his help and have signed a service contract so this will never happen again.

Very knowledgeable and excellent service. Serviced my Generac 25KW on a Saturday, changing the oil/filter and checking all of the serviceable items. Ran a load transfer test and uncovered a breaker switch that was not in the ON position - saved me from having no power when I lost FPL service. Great guy!

Jason knows his repairs and is a very good mechanic plus he a nice man to deal with and fair priceing. Will use him from now on.

The entire experience from beginning to end was delightful. Jayson, the owner, is very professional and friendly. He will go the extra mile to meet your service needs. I had him tune up my generator in preparation for the hurricane season. Not only did he tune it and service it, he went through the entire process with me explaining everything that he was doing. He then gave me a short lesson on how to properly care and use the generator as well. I would recommend him without any reservations. I only wish that all the service providers I dealt with were as courteous as him.

The gentleman who came. Out really loves what he does. We used his services three years ago and found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He made our generator look and run like New. Would highly recommend.
