Reviews
Write a ReviewPR Documentation SF May 2nd, plumber Kody arrived around 14:30, and there was a noticeable odor of alcohol about him upon arrival. As a former Federal Law Enforcement Officer with 13 years of experience, I immediately recognized this. Kody arrived approximately one hour late for the scheduled time, explaining he had forgotten some necessary parts and had to leave to go to Home Depot to retrieve them. He eventually returned and completed all the plumbing work around 16:30, then informed me he was finished. Upon inspecting the completed work, it appeared to be done correctly. I then inquired about a reduction in the labor cost, as Kody was physically present and working for less than two hours in total. I was informed that I was still expected to pay the full quoted amount, as the estimate was now considered a flat rate. I was never informed that the estimate was a flat rate at the time I signed it. I offered to pay a fair amount for the actual time worked (2 hours of labor) plus the cost of the parts. Kody stated that his boss instructed him to leave the premises, and he subsequently did so. For your information, a quick internet search indicates that the average hourly labor fee for a plumber in this area typically ranges from $75 to $150 per hour. Additionally, in the state of Texas, Texas Penal Code 32.53 classifies the exploitation of a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual for monetary or personal gain as a third-degree felony. I am a service-connected disabled veteran and currently serve as the primary caregiver for my 94 year old mother, who resides with me in my home.
Eliazel recently performed a water heater flush and general check of our home. He arrived early and was very professional and polite. He did an excellent job for a fair price. I highly recommend him.
Other than the cost, my experience with the pro was good. He was courteous, professorial, and knowledgeable about what he did.
He was professional, evaluated the situation and got the job done and we are happy to say that the sink is unclogged. Thanks!
The job went well and we had hot water running again within a short while. The pro knew what he was doing and was very efficient and easy to talk to.
Professional, efficient, quick, courteous people who charge a reasonable price.
They were prompt to send out a plumber to take a look at my water heater. It was determined something was wrong with my gas flow. So I called my utility company out. Utility company replaced meter but said there is a problem with the house line. Called again for a plumber, this time with a supervisor also coming onsite. Was told it was a gas supply problem. Called utility company back out. Once more utility company determined there is water leaking into the house line and needs to be flushed. Called to have a plumber come out again and was hung up on twice.
Cody was positively the most professional, most personable, most positive plumber I have EVER encountered. I'm 75 years old and I don't give out 5 stars often. He was positively awesome! Highly recommend!!!
Unprofessional.
