Had a new faucet installed by Power Plumbing. Alex arrived and had it installed in no time. Very pleasant individual and left the area where he was working spotless. Will use again and highly recommend this company .

I don't typically write reviews unless I have a complaint but Alex's work is just that great I felt compelled to write a stellar review. I had a major clog in my bathtub and had tried multiple tricks to no avail. I finally gave in and found Alex through Thumbtack. He was the first of 6 businesses to respond and had availability that Saturday. All the other companies were not available until Monday and I had standing water in the tub. I called to schedule and he came out within a few hours. Before he started any work, he let me know exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He was very professional and helpful. He got the clog out quickly and the tub is draining better than it ever had before. He also cleaned up when he was done which not all plumbers do. I also felt comfortable with him being in my house. I would highly recommend Alex for any plumbing issues. I know he will be the one I call if I ever need plumbing work again! In fact, I plan to upgrade some fixtures and fully intend to give him a call. Pros: Very responsive, professional, quality work, knowledgeable, punctual, clean.

Alex was a great communicator (before and throughout our job), was prompt (even worked with me when I needed to change our agreed time same day). Very polite and professional. Even came up with a creative solution for my odd plumbing issue that saved money without sacrificing quality. Will be recommending to neighbors and will use him in the future.
