In the process of selling a condo in Howell and needed to clean the carpets. The men not only did a great job in getting the carpets pristine but called them the day of and they made it a priority to get out to the condo and take care of it. Very professional and would highly recommend to anyone needing a carpet cleaning.

My dog made a mess on my brand new carpet. I immediately called a professional carpet cleaner. I talked with Rich from power pro he sent a crew out n they got my carpet back to new again. Over the counter products would have ruined my carpet. Thank goodness I had the sense to call power pro and they came through thanks Rich

What can I possibly say that hasn't already been said about Rich and his PowerPro team? They not only checked all my "needs" boxes when it comes to cleaning carpet, but most all of my "wants" boxes as well. They showed up when promised, and exceeded my expectations in their skill and workmanship saving me THOUSANDS in replacement carpet. While there, they also mentioned the tile and grout cleaning service. Well I had no idea how bad I needed it until they did it test spot, and I was absolutely blown away at the difference. Needless to say my kitchen and bathroom have that "brand new tile" look again, and because they were already there for the carpets, they gave me a deal nobody could refuse! I absolutely would recommend you save yourself time, money and aggravation and just let PowerPro do what they do best. Make you a happy customer! 😁

Powerpro did an unbelievable job with my area rugs, my grandmother had an area rug that she left to me and my dog got sick on it and I panicked. PowerPro was recommended to me and they came and fixed it and did an excellent job

I hired them to clean out my dryer vent and my air ducts. They came at the time they were supposed to they really did a phenomenal job and they made sure my home where they were working was cleaned up before they left. Horrible. They are absolutely horrible. The carpets looked cleaner after they left and then within a day they looked the exact same as when they were in my house. They were in the house maybe 30 minutes. My new tenant cleaned them herself after she moved in and I have tons of pictures of cups of dirt she extracted from the carpet with her little carpet machine. I called the owner and complained and he said that if he tried to clean the carpets again they would turn green. He said his company is only good if you have never cleaned your carpets with any product. Called Better Business and he is no longer recommended. DO NOT USE!!!!!

"WOW I wish I never took this job.Yes I refused to re-clean her carpet because her tenant cleaned the carpet with ammonia and that does NOT ix well with my or any professional carpet cleaning solution. If she had a problem she could have let me know before trying to clean the carpet herself. ALSO we cleaned for 3 hours.Replacement of the carpet was recommended by me! She wanted to save money."

Very expensive for the quality. And they also bashed other competitors which I do not like. I used them because I had to get it done ASAP and I wish I would of shopped around more. I would not use them again.

"Customer paid 125.00 and had a room, hall, and real dirty flight of steps cleaned. Carpet came clean but customer did not like to pay 125.00 for a rental property. We gave him same day service and had to go to his property twice because he was not there for his first appointment. 125 is a fair price for that service."
