"Satish, Thanks for the review. The service call fees for HomeAdvisor are a little high because we have to recover the $34.95 they charged us. This is the problem with this service, it costs the contractor and subsequently the Homeowner more money. I don't think this is properly conveyed to the homeowner. Also, the contractor is charged no matter if you go through with the job or not. But, all in all, thanks for the review and you have our information now."

Hired to re-run low voltage wire from garage opener to wall switch about 20 ft. Took two different technicians several trips over several days to do this and ended up with a hole that remains in my interior wall with promise to patch a month ago. .Send out young , energetic , inexperienced friendly men. They did fix some easy non working outlets (loose wires) with no problem . I'll try someone else next time.

Wouldn't advise anyone to do business with him, the communication was terrible and he came off very shady, and the people he had sent out weren't licensed and did a really bad job

The contractor took a $3000.00 deposit from me but we had to cancel the job before the install. The contract says there is a 10% cancellation charge and this was verified by their people. In 4 months now I have called over 10 times and no refund has been issued. These people are shady and dishonest. They are ducking my calls now and I have had to initiate legal and criminal proceedings against them.

"This has already been settled. Shady and Dishonest? We have extremely good feedback and have never once had a customer claim we haven't made things right no matter the cost. As stated already, this has already been settled and there was no cancellation fee charged to the customer. The customer purchased equipment and was contractually bound to purchase this equipment. Once we sold the equipment on their behalf the money was refunded. We did everything in our power to not have to charge for the equipment. We are sorry things did not go perfectly but we honored the customer's request and refunded the money in full."

Fixed Generator Installation
The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, but the poor customer service we experienced from the office keeps me from recommending this company. After mailing in the required 50% down, no contact was received from the company. We had to call and confirm our check was received and ask to be put on their installation schedule. The job was not completed on the initial visit due to lack of communication/miscommunication with the power company. Again, no one from Power Services contacted us to reschedule; when we called again to have the job completed, we were given a date of two weeks out. Dissatisfied with that, I asked to speak with company president Robert McMahon (who originally sold us the generator), and it took multiple calls and unanswered messages before I heard back from him. On the second installation attempt, the technician advised that he didn't have the right monitor for the generator, and thus a third visit would be necessary. That same day, we received a call from Mr. McMahon questioning why we did not give the technician payment for the remaining balance. We advised him that payment would be made as originally agreed-when the job was satisfactorily complete. The next week, the monitor was installed and the job finally completed.

When my old Generac broke down and had to be replaced, accepted his proposal for its replacement and waited for the new generator. My only negative comment is that they do respond quickly to questions. I had to call them to find out what was going on.
