Victor was great to work with start to finish. Shared his plan and took pictures along the way to explain what he was doing. Very reasonably priced, punctual and professional. I didn’t like the original bathroom fan I had chosen and Victor came back to install a different one and gave me a great discount which I appreciated. Looking forward to working with him again for my electric needs at the house!

I've contacted Victor with Powertron for numerous projects (from power service upgrades to new can lighting installs), and each time, Powertron has proven competent, timely, and fair. I will continue to use them on future needs and have and would recommended them to others.

Responsive and helped me understand the issue and what next steps would be

Powertron was very accommodating during my time of emergency (fallen service line, damaged meter). When I call their number, I got connected directly to the owner. Victor gave a same-day quote and when I decided to move forward, he was there along with another tech next morning as scheduled. He cut the power and knocked out the work in a timely fashion. He even gave me a heads-up one half hour before the job was completed so that I could get a jump calling ComEd to come out and reconnect the service line. Once they were done with the work, they reviewed what was done and also pointed out ways to modernize my existing setup in the future if I wanted. The scheduling went smoothly and I had power back in my house that afternoon. Later that evening, Victor called me back to make sure ComEd came out and that everything was ok. (That was a cool gesture). For urgent outside electrical issues, would highly recommend using Powertron Electric. I dont have experience with them on other types of electrical work, but I would definitely call them for a quote. 4/5 stars- I took off a star because I was not made aware of the credit card service charge until I tried to pay with one.

Powertron Electric exceeded expectations for quality, safety, and price. I originally contracted with Victor to remove and replace 9 can lights that were original to the house (ca.1960). He responded quickly and the work began within a few days. Due to age and size of cans to be replaced and my request for some additional work and upgrading, the scope of the work changed significantly. Victor met each challenge and change professionally and with equanimity. I am quite pleased with the new can lights, new dimmer switches, and 5 new over cabinet lights. Quality work, reasonable cost, on time, diligent and very neat.
