Zach came to our house and provided a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Maddox and Tyler arrived on the scheduled day and performed the work in a timely manner. The results were better than we expected! They removed heavy moss and mildew from our driveway, sidewalk, house exterior and decks and swept our roof. We were very pleased with the end result and will definitely hire them again when we need power washing done in the future. Would highly recommend!

We talked for 45 minutes after I showed him what I wanted done...he showed up late and tried to cram a 3 hour job into a 1.5 hr job...left 2 of the main areas I wanted done completely untouched and only managed to get the roof on the house done and the sides of things he knew we could easily see...I would NEVER use this company again...sad really I had planned on using him every year..I paid him the price he had quoted me..INSTEAD he should have deducted 300$ ...Then as he was leaving he said he would do my driveway for 75$ more.....

So efficient and did everything I asked for and Iâ d hire him again without hesitation. He explained everything he would do and followed through. My cream colored vinyl fence looks like new. My driveway and walkway are the color of cement instead of closer to black.

We have used Shaniko Power Washing twice now to clean windows inside and out and exterior wash the home and flat surfaces of our vacation rental home. Zach was great to work with and very professional. The windows and home look sparkling clean now! We live in the country, so spider webs and spiders little egg nests are a problem. Zach was able to remove the vast majority of them, making the exterior look so much better for our guests.
