Handyman Service

We hired Dixon to install a light fixture in kitchen. After spending about 12 hours I was charged more than $500 and the light still was not fixed. Mr Dixon came back the next day. The light Still was not fixed and he charged more than $200. I filed an informal grievance and Mr Dixon asked for another chance to fix his mess for free. He even picked the date. He failed to show for his own appointment. I cannot under any circumstance recommend Mr Dixon for any job no matter how large or small the job is. I attempted to look up his business on the MO Secretary of States office/web site and his business is not listed. At least I could not locate his business as being registered. I also called the Secretary of State's office and was informed that they could not locate Mr Dixon's business either. He appears very nice when he is talking with you. Again I CANNOT recommend Mr Dixon or his business.
