Working with this company was like signing up for a masterclass in misery, and Sharon Torrisi, their alleged ?project manager.? She canceled four site visits with zero notice, once texting me at 2 a.m. with ?Deal with it, I?m busy.? Busy doing what, Sharon? Practicing for the Grumpiest Person Alive award? Her responses, when they came at all, were with contempt. The equipment? Laughably outdated. Clunky sensors that false-alarm constantly based on their demo ? but Sharon?s attitude alone is enough to tank the whole operation. Sharon?s belligerence overshadowed everything. She demanded a deposit before even sketching a plan, and when I hesitated, she screamed?actually screamed?over the phone that I was ?sabotaging her workflow.? The gall of this woman to act like I was the problem! Avoid this company unless you enjoy being berated by someone who treats customers like they?re gum on her shoe. I?d rather guard my house with a flashlight and a slingshot than deal with her again.

Rude staff, very rude staff and extremely overpriced $$$$$$$$ Like bend over, grit your teeth and hold on overpriced cause there?s no warning!

This is a company I can recommend without reservation to anyone who is looking to be treated with respect and courteously, by people who know exactly what they are doing. We could have gotten the generator for a lot more money elsewhere, or a little bit less elsewhere, but we did a lot of due diligence, read a lot of reviews, and decided power watch was the one to go with. Never regretted that decision. Our generator was installed properly, on time, actually a little bit earlier than expected, is functioning perfectly, any questions we had were answered clearly and intelligently. Just a pleasure to deal with.

I prefer to use family owned businesses for most home improvements and I was extremely satisfied with the Power Watch team out of Eagleville, PA as the owner, Sharon, was extremely knowledgeable in helping me decide what Generac generator best suited my needs. Once I made my decision, Jeff and his crew worked very diligently in the placement of the generator and all the electrical wiring right to my house. All along the way they were extremely courteous and answered all my questions. I really like the fact that they do follow ups on their products. All in all I would give a 5 star rating and I would highly recommend them for your generator needs.

Please be an educated consumer and shop around for maintenance contracts for the Generac generator. Generac gives you a list of service companies in your local area. Comparing apples to apples, the delta in maintenance contract fees is astounding. I should have down this years ago.

Work completed as expected and promised. Jeff and his son were extremely proficient and professional to deal with. Hopefully won’t ever have to install another one, but looking forward to continuing to work with them for annual maintenance.

Jeff, Danielle and the entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with! I was under a tight deadline to get my 240v line installed for my new Tesla Model S and they came through with flying colors. Even in a nasty snowstorm, they showed up on time and installed my line with absolute professionalism. From Drop-cloths, to shoe-booties, they were respectful of my house, my request and my wishes. I couldn't have asked for a better company to do the job. I would highly recommend Power Watch for anyone's electrical needs... especially if you are getting an electric car charging line installed!

I have a GE 17kw whole home generator. Remote showed service needed. Although he was not a GE tech with the right diagnostic machine which only a GE tech would have, he was able to reset the code. Satisfied!

Service call to perform basic maintenance to a standby generator. Technician came on time, was knowledgeable and professional, and provided excellent service to the unit. I'm very pleased with the service provided.
