Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Josh (Powers) is a first rate water heater installer which he was hired to do. I even went to help him bring in the new water heater while he was on his earphone trying to help out another customer at the same time. He id what looks like a first class job in about 2 hours total and charged a very reasonable price for the new tank and installation. He even took away the old tank. I'm happy with his work. Good job Josh!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Mr. Powers was very professional and he was the only one who went out of his way to search for the right equipment for us that wouldn't break our pockets. He was very particular in his work and he even explained how our water system actually worked! He was very neat and cleaned up after himself so I didn't even have to worry about cleaning up after him. I highly recommend him!

Our experience with Josh has been great. He installed all or our plumbing (new construction). He is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgable. We had an issue with dirty water when moving into the house. Other companies, who are in the business of water purification would not offer a solution to our dirty water because they said they couldn't guarentee it. Josh took the time to research an appropriate system and installed our water purification system that we are extremely happy with. He is conscienscious and caring. We would absolutely recommnend him to anyone!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Josh was very helpful in helping us determine what kind of water heater to purchase. He explained the pros and cons of a tank water heater vs an instant heating water heater. We decided on a tank water heater which he installed on a timely basis at the estimated cost. We were very impressed with his workmanship and decided to hire him for additional plumbing work which he performed in a very professional manner.

Water Heater Repair or Service
He was great; came out late on a Saturday night to help us with the emergency, and then was back on Monday to install the new heater. He communicated every step of the way with us, more than we were used to with other contractors. He always addressed my husband, which sort of bothered me as a woman, but I'd still have him back if we needed a plumber in the future.
