Painting or Staining - Small Projects
Had 3 areas to paint. Day 1. Got a call that he couldnt come for personal reason that's fine Day 2. Suppose to show up @ 8 am had to call him at 8:45 am got there way after 9:30 ish. NOTE: ALWAYS HAVE ESTIMATED PRICE IN WRITING because after discussing project yet again when he should have been writing it down of course he went up on the price so I only had him do 2 out of 3 projects. And the work was just OK. LESSON LEARN ?
