Super fast start date and amazing work! They don’t push smaller jobs aside or leave you wondering if it’ll get done before winter. They even give you an estimated start date before you commit which I loved! They replaced my front steps leading to the door, and after setting the wood for the concrete, they showed me how it might look slightly slanted from one specific angle. I couldn’t tell at all, but they explained it clearly and walked me through it. That’s one of many reasons I love this company: communication! The steps turned out perfect, straight, clean, and a great fit for the house. They even cleaned up everything afterward. Next project: my retaining wall. I won’t be calling anyone else! Update- got retaining wall done! Awesome crew! They worked fast, stayed upbeat, and kept things fun—even in the hot, humid weather. You can tell they love what they do. The wall looks great and was done with real attention to detail. Super professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

Pozuelos Property Care was responsive, texted before coming and show up on time. The estimate was reasonable and well within other estimates. This pro was a real pro, they removed a retaining wall and landscaped the area to perfection. I will definitely use them again for any task I need to have done.

Prompt service for snow removal.

We’ve been working with Alvaro Pozeulos at a commercial property we own and manage. Alvaro is an excellent professional painter. Having worked for a general contractor in the past and having worked with many subcontractors it was apparent from day one that Alvaro is very good at his trade, well organized, prompt, bills in a manner commensurate with his work product, and has state of the art web based estimating and invoicing set up, which save me a lot of time. We expected Alvaro could handle light drywall repairs and that has proved as expected. What was less expected is that Alvaro engaged us to estimate a number of other types of jobs, some content manipulation, cleanup, a really good sized hauling job, as well as our snow removal. Because of his spirit of willingness and economy of effort we were happy to give him those contracts too, and so far so good. I’d very much recommend Alvaro. What Alvaro isn’t aware of necessarily regarding our contracting with him is that I contacted every painting contractor with a business card on the wall of Sherwin Williams prior to deciding to go ahead with him. In other words, it was my view from the beginning that he was amongst the best of a couple dozen different painters I talked to. He’s proved that view accurate by his own efforts. Although it’s not necessarily to my immediate advantage to let the world know about Alvaro, he might get really busy and not be able to do our jobs if you all know about him, afterall; I do believe in honoring and recognizing tradesmen of skill, merit and integrity, and Alvaro is very much that. Thanks Alvaro.

This company is the real deal! Although I am usually hesitant to go with a company that has reviews online, I understand that is our world. Within 30 minutes, I had a call and within 2 days, they were at my house with an estimate. Our deck was transformed and the results are absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail, professionalism, courtesy and work ethic are the best. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a deck power wash, stripping and staining. They are the best in the business and I have the pictures to prove it----actually they have the pictures as well so ask to see them. We are back to enjoying our deck and are so proud of the appearance! Trust them.

Very friendly and efficient.

We had oak kitchen cabinets which they painted french white. They did a outstanding job, the cabinets our beautiful. They also painted the kitchen , the master bedroom and a large bathroom, each was done in the finest manner. They were very helpful in helping us chose the right color for each room and removing the wallpaper borders in the rooms. I can't stay enough good things about them and the excellent job they did for us. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of painting done.
