Reece Mauk General Contractor- Prairie Mountain Construction Reece installed four windows and two exterior doors for our modular home, came took measurements and did all the ordering and scheduled deliveries of materials. In addition he replaced all the exterior window trim on then older windows to match the new ones, and correctly insulating the windows the Penguin Window Company (now debunked) had not done so. Reece built up the inside of all interior windows and added decorative trim not the quarter round that was original on them. I love the look of the new windows and doors, he installed all the hardware on the doors. He cleaned up all the materials from construction and sweep all the inside areas, bagging things as he went and hauled everything away. Reece was willing to answer any of our questions or concerns. Reece did overall a wonderful job on installing my new baseboards, trim and all new interior doors. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Reece is an excellent carpenter and window and door installer. This is the second time we have hired him because the first job he did was so amazing. He has installed several windows and doors for us now and I would never hire anyone else. His workmanship is excellent, and when he come to the jobsite, he is prepared and gets the job done precisely. He is a very talented craftsman and was able to install some very large picture windows, on our second story, in an old house, in November. The job he just finished for us, installing 13 new windows and a door, went smoothly and on time. He is honest and fair and truly has earned his stars.

The main issues we have were the work surface was not protected which resulted in damage to the new floors. He broke one piece of the floor and a cabinet, although did not tell us about it (he did try to bandage both spots). He also damaged an antique piano. Additionally, he took our materials deposit and did not pay for the materials. We learned this when the 5 day notice to lien was received in the mail. We basically had to pay for the materials twice. His quality of work is decent. The rest though, is horrible.

Had shelves built to spec for a small basement storage space. Had to work more to his schedule than ours, but it turned out fine. We were in no rush and the job turned out great. Would definitely hire again.

While my jobs took a little longer than I had hoped, the work Reece Mauk did for me exceeded my expectations. His recommendations and ideas were excellent. I feel like I have a new house instead of an updated one. His skill and professionalism are first rate. I highly recommend him.

Reece Mauk responded promptly to my request. He analyzed the needed repair and then clearly recommended a product and the procedure for application. He came to the work site ready to work and worked steadily until finished. His finished product was very well done structurally and aesthetically. I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

Mr. Mauk did a fantastic job on my door frame after we had to have it replaced due to a breakin. He was knowledge, reasonably priced and did a absolutely professional job!!! I would use again or recommend.

i have not hired Reese yet, but will be doing so in the future. he is very reasonable! my insurance company accepted his estimates with no hesitation, in fact, i think they were surprised at how low he was.

Reece was great! Very professional and really knows what he's doing. He installed french doors in a space where a window was and it looks like it was put in when the house was built. He really pays attention to details. He also installed outside lights on both sides of the doors. I can't say enough good things about his work! I would highly recommend him.

We needed an estimate and Reece was quick to come out and look at the potential project. We are still pending on the approval but getting the estimate was very smooth and Reece got it done in a timely fashion.
