Being a new home owner, that has never had a well and septic system, we were overwhelmed when we woke up with no water. We had to go back to hotel for the weekend. Monday Prairie State came out, working very hard to remove the old pump and replaced it. We were in excellent hands, highly recommend this company.

This company was one of my best overall experiences with a contractor. Steve came out to ensure my pump was working properly (conduct an assessment), and chlorinate the system. We are new to using a well system so we needed someone who would be patient and school us on the system. Not only was he very patient with us be he was very honest and forthright about the well, pump and the connected systems and what we can do on our own to keep costs down. We STRONGLY recommend this company, ask for Steve!

I was trying to Sell my house. steve came for the inspection. The well was not to code (which I knew). He quoted it that day and had Matt come out in a VERY reasonable turnaround. They re estimates we exact. They were up front with pricing. On time the day of. Professional while there. Speedy with results. On top of it, the new well cap looks amazing. Talk about high quality.
