Prather property services was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted guidance in design, an experienced landscaper, and someone who knew how to make a project bring our landscape to life. Prather did that and more. They observed our current landscape and environment, they sought out our input and provided theirs appropriately and respectfully. They helped us achieve an amazing looking backyard worth bragging about, special emphasis on bragging about. The crew with Prather worked hard despite the harsh heat index which felt like 110 degrees outside. They went the extra mile to respect my personal property's struggle with large shade, hard grass growth, and avoid ed using a bobcat when it would have made their job easier. Prather helped choose the color of the gravel and hand picked beautiful boulders for our fire pit. Their clean up was perfect and they were respectful with every encounter from the quote to final walk through. If your looking for a serious landscaper who wants you to be happy with their work, Prather does it while making it look easy. Prather is the first company I will be calling for any future projects I have in mind. Thank you again Prather, you exceeded my expectations.

Very professional, pays attention to the details, and delivers quality results. The mulch was a higher quality than what I am used to getting. All my shrubs were properly pruned and trimmed. I will do business with Chris in the future.

Chris proposed a total rework of our existing but dated and shabby landscape plots, laid out the proposed plants, locations and then walked us around the area and explained the proposed work. Work was performed exactly as proposed, on the timing I required, and even enhanced without additional costs. I selected Chris because I saw the quality of the work he performed for a neighbor, and because his proposed work was more inclusive for very close to another bid I received.

The completed project as agreed upon and cleaned up the area completely.
