Came to my house at the specified time for a fireplace inspection. Was very knowledgeable and did not try to up sell any extras. I received a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. Best of all he didn t even charge me for the inspection. Very pleased with the whole process and will be calling back to get the repair done soon.

I hired Pratt's they competed the job July 12th 2018. Sean Owens was very pleasant. Did the work, seal and waterproofed the chimney from he ground up, and repaired the flashing around the base of the chimney.. The clay tile had a surface crack only and when he took the top off said he could repair it and did not charge for this work, which saved me 150.00. Also did a seal on the cap. He was on time and was pleasant and took photos to explain the scope of his work, and when job completed, took new photos for my file. They have an interesting method to payment as they have a 3% charge to use a cc so if you pay cash or by check, you are avoiding that 3% charge. He was honest and pleasant to work with.

Very professional and knowledgeable tech and saved the wildlife that was found in my chimney. Highly recommend them. Great job!!

Steve arrived with a fantastic work ethic and seemed truly pleased and proud to be doing what he does. He was meticulous, on-time and gentlemanly. Despite the difficult project handed to him he persevered until it was perfect. I'm hard to impress and personally hate review sites, but this guy really deserves praise.
