Of course canceling the transaction with your credit card company is always faster and in lieu of the fact that the customer cancelled days before the scheduled appointment and a day after he paid for the service the money never even hit our account so technically Sir we never even took possession of your payment into our account. "It's true. We had a scheduling issue where the appointment slot for the inspector got double booked. Upon realizing it we gave the customer the option of rescheduling or allow additional time for the inspector to get to the location. We are human and sometimes errors happen. And we inform everyone that our turn around time for reports is 24 to 72 hours depending on our findings during the inspection process. We accept the criticism for the scheduling issue and have taken steps to improve our system. "The inspection was performed on June 23rd, 2017 and yes, it took longer than usual to turn around. For that we take full accountability and since then we have addressed this issue to ensure it will not happen again. There were some corrections to the NPM 33 Form that needed to be done which were specific requests from the mortgage underwriter and the turn around time for the correction took longer than usual because we were experiencing some technical issues with our email. The customer acknowledged that they understood and were extremely patient and kind despite the fact that they were under pressure from their mortgage company to submit the report. Since that time we have submitted all of the necessary documentation and have fixed the technical issue with our computers and the customer is happy. "Unfortunately the $300 fee doesn't include a septic inspection and I wish you would have addressed that with our office and we would have been glad to provide that service. We also offer endoscope sewer inspections using a HD Camera Snake. We highly recommend everyone to get the main drain inspected."

We attempted to meet you at the property but you were unwilling to allow a supervisor to come and assess the situation on the day of the inspection to evaluate your claim. Considering that you had your own "construction" people with you advising you on the property perhaps you should not have contacted us in the first place.
