If I could give zero stars I would. Did not give us a paper quote. Did not send photos before leaving as promised. Will not return calls or texts. Work is half a**. I could have done better by myself. Said they would do a pro job and it looks like a child finished it. Asked them to come back and promised they would but have now ghosted me. Outrageous price for what we got and an incorrect job. Joint lines are completely filled in which a huge No-No. work has already cracked. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM JERMAINE WHITE AND THE SHODDY WORK.

First of all, I would ask for a copy of their business license, warranty, and proof of insurance. Do not let Homeadvisor fool you that they verify business owners. You can verify anyone online to see if they are a legitimate business owner or not. Please do yourself a favor and verify what was listed above. All I can say at this time is I am not a happy camper. I could not even specify the project on here because it was not even listed.

Late in their arrival each day and project completion too long (6 days) and counting. Poor craftmanship.

Triangle Concrete began the project to replace the sidewalk leading to the front of our house quickly but then got delayed with a few days of rain. It would have worked out better for us not to have had the muddy mess for so many days. Mr. White and his assistants did a good job with removing and replacing the sidewalk. The new stairs, though, do not look as good. He originally made it unsafe by having the bottom step just 3 inches tall and sloped up toward the base of the next step, which was more than 9 inches tall. He fixed the bottom step so that now they are nearly equal in height. The additional concrete pour, though, has left a visible seam between layers. He promised to come back to do a finishing layer on the steps. I made the mistake of paying him for the whole project, and I have not seen him since. At the end of their work, one of his assistants loaded up a lot of the unused pieces of the former sidewalk. They were able to repurpose some of it in the pour. They left the forms on the pour on the steps. I removed them myself after a few days and also took down the caution tape myself. I found lots more pieces of the former sidewalk and stacked them by the curb for when Mr. White and his workers returned. We eventually hauled them off ourselves after six weeks of waiting. And just today, seven weeks after they were last here, I discovered that they dumped several more pieces of the former sidewalk in our bushes. We'll have to haul them off as well. Other unfinished aspects of the project include two piles of dirt that we will have to redistribute in our yard and a large patch of concrete slop that has dried and killed the lawn beneath it. The weight of two tons of bags of concrete on our front porch may have caused it to sink more as well. I had to clean the porch where they spilled some dry concrete and then it got wet. Fortunately, it did come up for the most part. Today, a neighbor asked if I was happy with the job and would I recommend the company that did it. He had already guessed the answer was no.

Project rushed when I didn't ask for it to be rushed, pour quality workmanship that will cut the life of the finished product in half, terrible install. They worked hard and project was finished quickly communicated well and jumped right on it, but sacrificed quality that will ultimately have my paying for it in the end
