Zita brought Gilbert to my building on time, 10:00 am. She left him and said she would be back to pick him up. We had agreed on two hours of work. Gilbert had finished his tasks at 11:55. I expected Zita to pick him up at 12 noon. Around 12:30 Gilbert got a text saying she was on her way. SHE DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 1:30 PM. Gilbert and I were stuck with each other company because she was 90 minutes late! THERE WAS NO PHONE CALL OR MESSAGE TO ME, THE CUSTOMER!. I paid her the agreed upon amount and told her that leaving her worker and me to wait 90 minutes was not acceptable. Her reply was you only have to pay for the agreed two hours!!!!!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The owner and three helpers showed up 45 minutes late. They took 5 hours to clean 2 rooms and a bathroom. While the cleaning work itself was satisfactory (we had to go back to redo a few spots), she jacked the price from $60/hour which she quoted me over the phone, to $150/hour!! I have been trying to get a resolution to this? miscommunication? for over a week and nothing has been settled. Beware - and get your agreement in writing before hiring this company.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
The actual cleaning was done well, but rather expensive. They mistakenly sent a refund have been badgering me about it in spite of my repeated reassurances that I will pay them back as soon as I have the money in my account.
