Checked my duct work to see how kittens entered. Found that the duct had fallen down/disconnected from the main unit. Reconnected with proper materials and the job was done within an hour.

I love supporting small business and I know for a fact you get a better product and representative from the company. They care about what you think and they definitely want to earn future business and that’s exactly what Kevin and Ken did. It came to a point to where I got tired of being uncomfortable in my own home so what I had these guys do was come in and do a complete evaluation and educate me on what I can do to better the indoor air comfort. These guys spent about an hour and a half going through everything that involve HVAC and we all sat down with a game plan at the kitchen table. We came up with a solution to not only replace my system that was 17 years old but to also zone my home and I have absolutely zero regrets. I now have three thermostats in my home. My master bedroom is perfect. The front bedroom in my house is perfect and I feel an overall huge difference. Not only do I love the work that was performed, but so do my guest that have to stay in that front bedroom. I had three other companies at my house and not one company mentioned zoning. These guys are definitely experienced and they definitely think outside the box. These guys have a customer for a lifetime with me. once everything was installed, they actually came back and did an inspection to make sure everything was installed correctly and I really appreciated that it showed me that they didn’t just collect a check and run. Now I typically do not write long reviews like this, but I felt that these guys definitely need to be recognized for not only good professional individuals but also good human beings as well. Price was very fair and they didn’t cut corners. I’m very pleased
