Superb service. Honest. Best price. I take that comment back. Extremely good impeccable service and installation and the best, the lowest price available. Not only the best price by a few dollars but hundreds and thousands of dollars. Chad has done work for me for a few years. It started on a rental property. I was told by 2 other supposedly reputable big name companies I needed a whole unit. he came in and replaced only the condenser, saved several thousand, unit still working. He said the unit was fine, just needed a new coil. Not sure if I said that correctly. Unit works perfect for 3 continuous summers. Well, it continues. I own several properties, always get 2nd and 3rd opinions. if not more. Another unit had a system over 20 years old, all 3 said new unit. His quote was 2200 less then the others. I network, 5 friends in Somerset and Hillsboro used him and each thanked me for the referral and each saved money. Biggest savings was 4100. Best part of the story. The shoemaker needs new shoes. I have two units in my house. Didn't realize one stopped working. Chad was on vacation. So I got two other companies to look at unit. BOTH said the unit is almost 20 years old, same time I did the addition. Both said new u it's needed. Two days later, Chad and his assistant came over, after vacation. I am talking to Chad, when his assistant asked me to go back inside and turn on unit. I hear it kick on. Go outside and he said we're done. Apparently someone cut the electric connection. It needed to be spliced....

I hired Chad to replace my heating and air conditioning units. From the beginning to the end the project went seamless. After calling for an estimate he gave me a couple of days and times to accommodate my schedule and came right out that evening. I must say I was amazed at how many contractors I called and either never showed up for estimate at all, were late or had to re schedule. What I really liked was that Chad really explained in depth showing me exactly what was go to be replaced and what was staying as it is apart of the ductwork. I am not really mechanically inclined but everything was described to me in a way that just made sense. Now to the best part after getting 3 quotes finally together I was amazed at how much lower Chad was than everyone else. One of the quotes he was almost half as much and we are not talking about saving a couple hundred of dollars. This is an expensive job and the savings were from 4k- as much as 7k from one company. Chad an his partner Darius shows up on the day of installation on time and do the work in 5 hours and they were all cleaned up and the system was running before I knew it. I was then showed all the new components and walked through the warranty process of going online to get certificate. It was definitely a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Chad to everyone I hear who needs an new ac system.

Hired Chad to service our HVAC unit at our business. At first he walks into the business with his coworker, and begins to rant loudly about the fact that he has no ladder to service the HVAC unit. He was told at the time of booking that the HVAC unit is located on the roof of the building. When he returned, he didn't inform me that he had gotten a ladder but he proceeded to continue to service the HVAC. He came back down into the business and began to tell me that there is something that isn't broken yet but will be and it'll be an extra $150 to replace it. I called my husband to tell him, and he said he would over in two minutes since he was down the street. I told Chad this and he became so enraged and stormed out yelling "IM NOT WAITING FOR HIM, I GOT TO GO GET FILTERS FROM THE STORE STILL, I DIDNT HAVE A LADDER, I HAVE NO TIME TO WAIT FOR HIM". and he left. Chad and his coworker were talking at the back of the building, where my back door was left open for him in case he needed to ask me for any other questions. He was talking to his partner about how " she doesn't know what shes doing, she doesn't know if she wants the replacement and I'm not waiting for this husband" and his partner stated that " its probably because they are cheap". Absolutely unprofessional. When Chad got back, finished servicing the HVAC (I hope) he came back into the business where he began to tell me that my husband doesn't know anything and that we will be calling him back and paying him three times the money. ( Which will never happen, as we would never hire someone like this again). Chad asked for the money, and I asked for an invoice, or something that stated that I paid him. While we had customers in the store, he started yelling and telling me that I needed to "trust" people and that it will be taken care of. He mumbled under his breath "yall are just something". He also started to tell me that he makes MILLIONS and he knows how to do business. As a business owner, if someone asks for proof of payment, the simple thing to do is to do so. I typed something with his company name, his name and he was just so uncooperative. He didn't want to give me any information and left the store saying such unprofessional things that I don't want to share on here. At the end of the day save your money. Don't hire him. We will be reporting him to BBB and the town. Todays date- september 27,2023

Chad did i excellent job replacing furnace and hot water heater for me.

Chad is an expert in installing the furnace and A/C unit. In my community 4 home owners replaced their furnace and a/c, and Iâ  m glad I didnâ  t had to research much for the options. Thanks Chad

To keep it simple, you will not find a better price, quality and service anywhere. Precise LLC replaced (2) furnace and AC in 2 day, using topnotch equipment for half the price of Costco estimate. If you looking for a honest HVAC contractor, Precise LLC will help you to save Time and Money.

I hired Precise Contracting LLC and Chad to install 2 furnaces and 2 central air systems. Chad told me that they will complete the job by 4 pm. My wife and I needed to leave the house by 4 pm so it was perfect. When we got close to 4 Chad had to leave before to get some parts that did not initially fit in his Station wagged. So I called him to tell him to come back the next day to complete the job. He asked to wait a few minutes he said" I will be there in a few minutes; he came and burst directly into the basement telling me there is no way I am coming back another day. Needless to say, my wife went to a family party by herself. I felt something like being kidnapped. Like there is a kind of stranger in my house that tells me what to do. I protested but it did not help. He did not leave and continued to finish the job. I paid when he was done and that was it for that part. Anyway, back to the quality of work. A short time after the Install I noticed a humming sound from the furnaces when they are off. and also a significant draft from one of the furnaces. I contacted Chad a bunch of times since then. Chad simply ignores me. I am writing this review in February 2022 and to date NOTHING. So Precise Contracting and Chad's 2 years installation warranty is worthless. Stay away from Precise Contracting LLC and Chad.

Chad and his partner were highly experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. It was a seamless install and overall we were very happy with his service.

I had an excellent experience with the Company. Chad and his friend both came and gave us the estimate for water heater. Within a couple of hours they replaced the hot water heater. Chad was very police and friendly. I will certainly hire him for next job. I recommend this company to everyone.

I had multiple quotes from many different  A/C Installers, some large and some small. This was to replace a 20 year old A/C and furnace for an upstairs unit in the attic.  Being totally disgusted with ALL quotes, I was debating with just doing the install myself, I couldn't understand how a 2 man job for 1 Day can cost me from $5000 to $13000 in labor and yes that's just the labor side, and Yes its a 1 day job for 2 people.... All the  contractors will not break this down like that because it would sound absurd if they did!  But knowing what the units cost is always a plus in avoiding getting completely ripped off. Amazing what google can do for your knowledge,,  I then found Precise Contracting  (Chad) and got another quote, He came out on a Sunday and arrived on time...  He looked at what I had,  I asked him some questions about options and his install procedures (I did this with all of the companys).  All his answers were right on point and his knowledge of his products was great. Got the quote a day later and was excited and booked the job..  He came with Gary (who is also certified) and installed the units in about 5 hours and I couldn't be happier.  I would Highly recommend using them and I will be calling them again to replace the downstairs unit some time soon.  I know some people will read this and still want to go with a more expensive quote because you think that would make them better. Precise doesn't have all the bells and whistles of text message of sales guys photo, elaborate estimates with color pages and pull outs.. But what I got was a good Price and install team that was professional, knowledgeable and thorough.... He Installed a 3 ton 16 seer Rheem units.

I had been researching brands to replace my heating and AC units for several months. I decided to finally get the system replaced. After comparing several quotes from different providers I decided that price, quality and customer reviews convinced me to switch to Goodman and I contracted Precise Contracting to do the work. I am very happy with my decision.

I hired Chad as both our Furnace and AC unit needed to be replaced. The furnace was a lemon we have been struggling with for years and the AC unit was just old and needed to be replaced. Both were replaced with brand new Trane units in about 7 hours. Possibly less. We could not tell they were here by the time they left as the clean up was that good. Chad and his partner Darius were clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about the services they provide. Perhaps the best thing I can say to end this review is we have already reached out to them to replace our water heater. We were that happy with the furnace and AC installations.

Great job, great prices, great and pleasant crew. Cleaned up after they were finished. Would highly recommend to others.
